ATI 7.9 Drivers killed my PC

So I decided to upgrade my drivers because I had 7.4, and I noticed 7.8 were the latest, so I installed them, and now every I start my computer a BSOD comes and this isn't like some I have read where they could some times get into windows and uninstall this drivers, this just BSOD comes as soon as windows begins to load, even on safe and VGA mode.

At the bottom of the Blue Screen its the tech info, and I thought it would help, it says:

    Stop

Uninstall the ATi drivers, and try the Omega ATi drivers.

Ok, its not official, but it packs up a lot of functions.

This website is for sale! omegadrivers.net is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, omegadrivers.net has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!

Its not a solution I am providing, but an alternative to the ATi's poor driver support and driver itself.

Yeah I used omega drivers, AND upgraded the drivers, thing is that I can't load windows in any mode, i get a BSOD as soon as windows starts loading, even my backup of windows crashes.

That happened to me once too, but I just went with the BSOD, and my laptop was fine with that.

Are you sure your card isn't on the "blacklist" on the site? As some cards require an older Omega version.
