ok i just ordered a cpu e6750 frm newegg and i just realize that its 64bit and i got windows vista 32bit..is it ok to install vista premiun 32bit on 64bit?

I think you misunderstand, it supports 64 bit not only runs 64 bit

You mean Vista right?

Because for all intent and purpose you can not get 32 bit processors for desktop comps anymore. Or at least it's not practical to buy Pentium machines.

You can get drivers more easily for 32 bit Vista.
