Did anyone happen to receive an error when updating to the new EA Download Manager? Like this one:
"CreateCacheDir(): Couldn't grant full access to: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EADM\chache"
and then it says afterwards:
"Couldn't set CachePath reg key!"
After that, the updater just uninstalled the EA Link completely. Its gone. I then tried getting the installer from the Customer Service section on the EA Store site, and tried it that way... same error. It's weird, I've never had any problems with EA Link up until now. I contacted EA Support, but they've yet to reply. So, I figured I'd ask here in the meantime. Thanks!
