Flash plug-in required

So I was going to play this afternoon and holy cow theres an update for Ea Link!
Maybe the rumors were true there is an update for BF2142. I down load and install the update. I go and start Ea Link to see if there is an update for 2142 and now it states that I need a flash plug-in, okay download and install, restart computer. Goto start Ea Link again samething it just keeps asking for a Flash plug-in. I dont know what to do anymore and all help would be welcomed. Please

I cant get an answer from anyone. Please help me as I cant get 2142 to even run.

download the flash plugin, flash plugin uninstall, ea download manager.

uninstall flash plugin and eadm. shut every thing down. I used "end it all" just google it.
install the flash player then ea download manager then restart..
