I also recommend PC power and Cooling. Other good options are Thermaltake, Corsair, and Asus. Your gonna want at least 600w for your GPU. Make sure that it supports Core 2 CPUs.

The total cost I am getting with the new mobo:

          and new fan:

is $902.93. Just barely under what I want to have a limit at. Should I go ahead and buy this setup?

            Well, lets see here:

            E6750
            8800 GTS 320 mb
            Corsair XMS 2 gb
            Gigabyte P35
            600w PSU

Your looking pretty good. I would say buy it. If that is your budget then you have found your match. Personally I would change the case, but that is optional as cases are user choice (I would recommend a RAIDMAX Smilodon for your price range... its up to you though). But the internals of your case are great.

Oh, but don't forget a CPU cooler would be a good touch (if you plan on doing any overclocking).

If you think that this is right for you then go ahead and buy it.
