Ati newest drivers Blue screen of death

ever sense i put the latest ati drivers on I had a coulpe blue screen of death. this has never did this before. Also when ever i get a order in bf there is a black box where the arrow is. I use driver cleaner pro..

spec
amd64 3200+
1 gig of memory
ati agp 1650pro

what should i do. :cry:
