Or try running dxdiag and post a screenshot, maybe there is enough info for somebody to help you.

Knowing the name and make of your MB would be even better.

ETA You mention intel core 2 duo 4400 2.00 Ghz in another thread, and they all seem to be socket 775

Belarc is good in showing what hardware you have, you can run it and see what mainboard you have and post it and people can let you know the socket type :)
