this will cost me 5400 sek it's about 540 €
so shoulld I buy it?

Yes, but an Intel Core 2 Duo PC is better.

It's a good one for it's price. Could be better though. I'd rather save some more and get Intel one since they offer better up-gradings right now. Since you are strapped for cash get any P35 board and the cheapest Core 2 Duo you can get. Well not the cheapest but you get the picture.

This way you have a good mobo and won't have to replace it when you decide to up-grade the processor.

Know this that you if you put your money on that AMD mobo you will have to change the whole setup again next time you up-grade anything. And since this sounds like a more permanent setup for the time being for you then up-grading to this very middle grade stuff is not just worth it in my opinion. The only good thing about this setup is that you get a decent comp for a good price but it's just not up-gradeable if that's what you are looking for.

That maybe, but you won't get the maximum satisfaction out of any graphic card if you go with AMD (unless it's a really top FX processor).

The price difference between Core 2 Duo setup and AMD setup is so small that it's not really worth buying AMD from ground-up anymore.

the phenom (quad core amd) will be something to be reckoned with.
Faster bandwith speeds beats out the lack of cache.....
The phenom is much more efficient, and for that I think it will be better than the quad core intel, the architecture of the amd will be newer, so therefore opens potential for future phenom products.
