We need a budget first, then we can recommend psu's.

Corsair's 620 watt PSU earned top marks in just about every review I've ever read. I've had mine since November last year and have had zero problems. I'm running 4 hard drives, an optical, an overclocked e6600, one 8800gtx and an audigy.

These guys have a good review:

Are you wanting alot of room to upgrade or just something for that system?

You can get a fairly low wattage power supply for that system.

If you looking at going as high as say an 8800 combined with a Core 2 Duo in the future I would look at Antecs 550w Trio and up.

Or a Seasonic power supply from about the same wattage.

Seasonic are the best, but they are expensive.

Seasonics would be nice but they are on the edge of your price range.
