I believe that the Pentium 4 630 is bottlenecking your X1950XT, at least that was the case with my Pentium 4 530J and X1950 Pro, so I believe your problem is that. Couple that with Windows Vista and you're bound to have problems.

DD1 as in ddr1? Just to clarify...

Do they still make WarCats drivers? Whence last I was on a pentium with 2Gb of ram and a decent vid card they seemed a little more polished than the regular catalyst drivers... But it's been a year or so since I used them.

Also you said first you were maxed out, but the problem was the same at "low" settings... Try something in between. Some games really amplify "bottlenecks" in systems at low settings. I seem to remember that this game on all low actually sometimes has more trouble than set to medium... (or maybe I'm just thinking of the lighting settings???)

He is right Vista and a single core processor not a good idea.:shakehead:

DDR1 and my performance increased by ten FPS!!! But still not what I expected from this card...I cannnot change my processor because I would need to change my whole mobo because it doesnt support Core 2 Duo...
Switching back to Windows XP will help?

I think it will help a lot. Mine runs great in xp and runs terrible in vista. I also try to stay away from titan because that usually just kills my fps.
