Giveaways that force people to "like" the page, "share" the giveaway post and write some comment on it. This is what I see most people doing.
There also appear to exist softwares that can message tons of people about the page and/or giveaway you are making. Though I believe you could get banned for that.

Do something like signing multiple accounts to betas of games people are really hyped for.(ex: Elder scrolls online) .If you enter with them you can giveaway the codes to people who didn't manage to.
