    What programs do people use to make video game sprites video?

    As the topic says... Id like to buy one so if anyone knows please let me know. I cant seem to find one on google . Thanks.

    The kind where you can make videos of sprites that u see a lot on youtube

              what i see as game Sprites are basically pixel art.... any basic photo editing program with a pencil can do pixel art... Then you need to animate it. thats the part i do not know xD

                  You can animate in Photoshop, but not as elaborately as Flash.
