Need help choosing an HD monitor.

Hey guys, so I just received my PC components, all that I'm missing is a monitor.

Just want to know which monitor would you guys recommend me.

I'm looking for something at the 200usd range, with 1080p, HDMI, 21 to 23 inches. It's been a long time since I bought one, so I really don't know which brand has good quality image.

So, any recommendations?.

I recently this summer bought a magnificent samsung 24" LED full HD monitor, i found this on newegg:

I beleieve it is the second one. I know you are aiming for a 23 but this one is just so good!
