    Your telephone line quality says how fast your internet will be not you internet plan.

        Rambo, thats not entirely true! You can rate limit things and thats controlled by the provider. Its very true that if you have chewed up lines, you are going to have a bad connection as well. Its also true that if you are too far you wont get a good connection.
