Time for a new PC!, some help would be great!.

Hey guys, a couple of months ago I mentioned I was interested in buying a new gaming only PC, around mid 2011, but I got paid really well this month and looks like I'm gonna start working on my budget analysis...

I want to build one, but this would be my first time, so a little help on what to buy would be great. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea about stuff like motherboard and expansion cards, power supply, etc ... So I would like some help with that.

    I have around 2000 USD.

I want the PC to have:

    Nvidia GTX 590
    an i7 core processor
about the RAM, is 4GB enough? I've been looking at some built PCs and seems like the standard is now 8GB...
All in a mid tower case... I want it to be as cool as a possible, but just with fans, no liquid cooling stuff.
2TB HDD, I've seen some fans for the HDD, does it really need one?
    Normal CD-R/DVD-R drive, no blu-ray.

So a little recommendation on everything else that's missing would be great.

Speakers, mouse, keyboard, screen, that shouldn't be a problem for me, so let's skip that....

I'm going to buy everything from newegg, from what I've heard they are really good and trustful, has anyone used it before?

My other option is to use www.cyberpowerpc.com, but there are a lot of things I don't know if they are really needed... I'll post my config below, and tell me if I'm just buying crap....

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!.

Yeah, New Egg is great. They are good to work with if you have a problem and they have some really good prices.

As for your machine above, That seems kinda high to me. Maybe its the GPU and processor that is shooting the price up. I will get back to you on all that. Maybe in the meantime, others will comment as well

Don't forget to get Win7 64bit if you don't already have it.
There isn't much address space left for a 32 bit windows after you put in a GFX card with 1.5-2 GB

          Yeah, I have win7 ultimate :)

Maybe I'll wait a couple of months so the GPU gets cheaper, the GTX 580 got a $200 price cut when the 590 came out, so when they come out with the 600 series, I'm hoping for price cut of at least $150...

          Thanks!.
