Hello guys,
I have 700 dollar budget reserved for a new desktop pc. I have been away from the whole tech stuff for like a year and a half so I have no idea what intel i7 means or how good ati 5870 is. I just heard about them. Could you please build me two systems for two options:
1) System including the monitor.
2) Sytem not including the monitor which means better stuff instead of a monitor.
and please note that in both cases the OS price is negligible and I wont consider to put it in the budget.(as if there is no OS)
