    ATi Drivers

    Hi techies,

Guys i bought a ATi card for the summer but, the last ATi card i bought was a HD2400XT and boy was that a long time back! Anyways i don't know my way around the drivers section so i am going to paste the website below and just tell me if its correct because it seems that it has one drivers for a set of card series for example one driver for each set of models like the 5 series one driver but is this driver for all?

I hope you understand, basically i am saying is that its unlike Nvidia (which i am used to) to which there is a driver to each card.

      Re: ATi Drivers

Hey, thanks for answering. Um i did the drivers (btw sorry for late reply i just got back home for the summer) but when i insert the gfx CD (running Win7) i do not get the auto play as well as when i enter the CD manually and click the installation icon i get a windows error message the one which occurs mostly where it says (look at image below).

Btw this is an XFX XXX edition card if that makes any sense :s

Download the lastest drivers off the Ati site. 10.6 I think they are.

The only reason to use the Cd's version is if the card is only new out.
