Just to make the distinction, IS is with PBBans, which is a third-party streaming service that links a bunch of servers together to cross reference bans. EvenBalance is the company that owns and maintains PunkBuster and has a very loose affiliation with PBBans. (The other major streaming service is PunksBusted). PBBans and PsB have worked to close a gap in PB protection that EvenBalance has always failed to recognize and it is good to see them appearing on TGN.
