P6X58D Premium + i7 930

OK so I wanted to get this motherboard but has to come with a certain BIOS to recognize the CPU. (402 according to ASUS website). What do I do if the mobo comes with the wrong BIOS and cannot recognize the CPU? Do I return the mobo and ask for another one? (By the way I am planning on buying off of Newegg FYI).

Call newegg and ask them if all those motherboards are that bios version if not and its a mix, it would be easier going to a local computer shop.
