    Hmmm. 40GB seems too small. I might just go ahead and get an 80GB SSD.

      While I didn't explain you are correct. After years of use your SSD will become slower. a Full SSD will also be slower than one that barely has anything on it but still operate at speeds much faster.
      I meant more on the lines of like the average person who buys a computer and a month down the line its much slower than when you bought it.

      I bought an OCZ PCI-E drive that reads and writes at 750/650 and is 256gb, I absolutely love it.

        Lunatik are you serious? That SSD you have is like $1,300! I think I might go with the $230 80GB SSD from Intel, X25-M.

        Cannot believe how fast your PC would boot up.

          It is a bit overkill. I was driving away in a tank listening to a few raptor people 1 in raid 0 compare load times in bf2 not long ago. Besides the Initial posting setup I use I boot faster than I used to come out of sleep mode.
