5870 Performance Crysis

Hi guys. I was just wondering what my FPS would be running Crysis on 1900x1200 resolution on very high with 8xAA (Basically the very max). I was thinking of buying one of these cards since I am sick of waiting for the new Nvidia ones. Anyone know?

Need more information. What mobo, processor, RAM, and operating system do you have. Also please know that there are so many differences in these items that frame rates can vary drastically.

Alright then. I have core i7 920 on ASUS PX58D mobo with 6gb of Dominator RAM running at 1600 and windows 7 64 bit home premium.

More than enough, I would guess. I could play at a decent FPS on very high settings without AA at 1280x1024 with a mere 2.8ghz C2D, 2gb RAM, and a 8800gt.

edit: More valuable information: you won't be bottlenecking anything with that configuration, certainly. An i7 is probably even overkill. You'll get at least 30 fps, I believe.

:agree: You should run 30+ FPS with that rig running the game on high settings.
