Looking for a new phone. A smartphone to be precise. Needs to work with tmobile, looking for wifi with internet browsing capabilities, decent camera. We get our contract straight from tmobile, but I don't want to pay $30/month for a data plan so I can't get pretty much any smartphone (except 3 ****ty ones) without a 2 year agreement for the data plan. Also looking for it to be under $200 (preferably $150), refurbished is fine, used is a maybe (depends on the condition of course). Also it would be great if it had apps like Blackberry, Iphone, Android, ect.
So if anyone know anything that might fit those quite strict specifications please let me know. I've been looking at Blackberrys for quite a while but I just can't find them anywhere for cheap enough.
