      Would be worth a try. Since Vista the compatibility mode is doing something, in XP it never helped.

        No. There is no 16 bit compatibility layer in 64 bit. It's place is taken by the much more necessary 32 bit compatibility layer. You can run it in dosbox, but that can't save games, so it just really isn't worth it.

          If you can find a windows 95/98 emulator, that should allow theme hospital to work, wont be able to save which could be a problem

          Have no idea if they have been created or not
