Anyone know of a program

that lets you monitor how much data is going up and down from your PC over the internetz? It doesn't necessarily have to limit the amount of data, I just need to see how much data in total I'm downloading/uploading in a session as I've got a 5GB daily limit that I can't go over.

I'be googled a bunch of times and never found anything suitable and was hoping someone here might know of something like this?

Your router should have a feature that shows total in and out.

Open it, go to the Performance tab. You should see a Resource Monitor button down at the bottom left.

EDIT: Well, I don't see a running total there anymore...

Yeah, I was guessing he would want to see totals for each day at any day incase he needed to show how much he D/L'd with being limited.

Netlimiter's stats function has met my needs, cheers Dan.
