Facelift for my PC, help and guidance needed please.

Basically the most two important components that need immediate change are my CPU and Mobo, my home pc specs are:

CPU: E6750

Mobo: P35-E Abit

RAM: 2gb DDR2 800mhz corsair

PSU: 620w HX modular corsair

GFX: 8800GTX OEM

I can live with my 88 for a little while and my RAM is replaceable at a later stage and OS will be upgraded to Win7 at a later stage as well.

Back in summer 09 my comp has been starting to piss me off with random freezing in-games and i need to remove the motherboard and put in a new one and a nice procs in there.

My choices were from a Bahraini website as the prices were completely as they say "Off the hook!" below are my choices please help me where applicable.

Uh, no. You have an i5 board and a core 2 duo CPU there.

You need an LGA775 socket board for that CPU.

Pretty bad site, they only have i5 motherboards as well...

Yeah i know unfortunately thats the ONLY online retailer in Bahrain, well could you possibly link me to an affordable site in the UK i.e. Ebuyer or Novatech and what not?
