New PSU Recommendation?

I'm planning on sticking my old 8800GTS 640MB in my current rig as a dedicated PhysX card.
My question is: what PSU should I buy? I'm looking at a Corsair 850W PSU on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139009

Will that be enough for my current system and a dedicated 8800GTS 640MB for PhysX? If not, any suggestions? I don't plan on trying to SLI GTX280s in the future and my mobo can't support it anyway. I probably won't upgrade anything else in my system unless a better CPU that fits my current mobo suddenly goes on some kind of throwaway sale or something. So it's pretty much my current system plus an 8800GTS 640MB I'm looking to power.

Any reason why you recommend that particular PSU?
It seems to be more or less the same as the one I was looking at, only 100w less and $50 more.

the 750w is modular so u can have a cleaner setup

If you don't mind having wires hanging all around your case, then go with the one you had originally picked out. But if you like your case to be tidier, then go with the one alex linked. Modular means you can disconnect the cables you don't need btw.

I know what modular means, I'm just not sure I'm prepared to spend that much more on a weaker PSU just for that feature. And since I have so many fans and drives and whatnot hooked up, I'll still have most of the cords on the modular PSU connected anyway. I only have like one or two cords right now that aren't hooked to anything. One is for a second graphics card and one is for fan controller, I think. Since I plan on sticking a second PCI-e card in for PhysX, that would leave only one useless connector to tuck above my optical drive.

Looks good to me. A good 750w would also work, but the Corsair non-modular 750w is only $10 cheaper, so go for the 850w.
