Downloaded album art?

I ripped it off of Youtube to play on Audiosurf, and now it has album art and info somehow. Itunes maybe?

Yeah, the software just checks it against a database of songs and downloads it automatically. Loads of media players do this.

Lemme tell you, Software Engineers ain't dumb. Those kinds of features aren't hard to implement, so I wouldn't be surprised if Windows Media Player had such a feature.
