    Gigabyte EX58 Extreme Motherboard

I recently bought this motherboard and it runs pretty good. Theres 2 onboard ethernet ports and that's where i have my problem. It doesn't work. BIOS says its enabled, and tells me how long the cable is. But i don't get a link between my router and the ports. I've also run the drivers that came with the board. Help?

      Also try a different cable.

Make sure MAC filtering isn't enabled on the router.

Make sure your motherboard can automatically pick up a local IP, if not, try setting a static internal IP (learn about that at portforward.com)
