Hi I know this is probably the wrong forum, but I posted on the cod4 forum and didnt get any help.I ddint play cod 4 for a few weeks, tried to play and the master server list was all screwd up, when I refresh it, it would just dissappear.Than when I did get a server list , I couldnt log on to any games it would say server timed out error.The only different with the comp was I changed my antivirus to avast from avg.Swithed back to avg same problem, complete fresh install same problem,Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated .

Your firewall/anti-virus might be blocking the CoD4 ports.
Have you tried connecting to a server via a direct server IP?
Try re-entering your CD Key in the game options.Comment

Fixed the problem, I feel like a dope. I just unplugged my router for 30 seconds and everything is back to normal.Comment
