Cannot access OCN?

The problem is the I always get "Address Not Found" when trying to go to it. This happens both on Firefox and IE. I'm confused, I can't get on on my laptop or my parent's computer, but I'm able to anywhere else?

Do I need to open a port or two on my router or just reset my router/modem?

Help would be appreciated
