BumpTop (3D Desktop Zen)

    Has anyone used this yet?

It looks great, I remember watching a video for it AGES ago when it was in beta and only had the one flat screen, now it has 3 or 4...

I'm just gonna download it and try it out, you can get it at or find out more:

The 'full/pro' version costs about $30 and works on 3 PCs... seems like a great deal...

However, I'm skeptical as it'll probably hog up a load of ram, and will probably cause lag/fps drop in playing games (due to the excess ram usage from the program)

Ooh, they support touchscreen - that's cool, not that I have a touchscreen...

I was already in the beta. It got useless after a week of novelty and so I dropped out of it.

Biscuit, it doesn't. It only hogs some RAM, although it's negligible when you have something large like 5GB installed.

          Tis a bit of a shame none-the-less

Heh, I uninstalled it about 5 minutes after the tutorial ended.. It looks and feels sh*t.. Too much effort to perform simple tasks.

Yea I'm not liking anymore mainly because I use right click / context menu on items so much on my desktop - Didn't like the fact that I would have to right click then go to the bottom part of the circle to get to the menu...

Although it is useful to some people, I mean if I could get rid of the right click part then I'd probably like it more...
