Scan Returns!

Must say very happy with Scan and RMA's. I got my new Cooler Master PSU a week or so ago, and whenever I opened a full screen game it clicked. :|:

So I pulled it out, put my old PSU back in, no problem. So I opened a RMA with Scan, they picked it up yesterday (With it being bank holiday it delayed it a bit, not Scans fault) via CityLink and they have already tested it and refunded me postage aswell!

Even better under the Scan diagnosis on the RMA page:

"Drive is making a clicking sound under load (Crysis - Gtx285)" Nice to see they listen to customers and use updated hardware to test!

Well I had a motherboard fault...Raised a Technical Support query and in 3 days no one asnwered it..And I havent had an answer after raising 2 tech suport queries...Been a week now...Thanksfully It was a corrupt BIOS and flashing to a new BIOS fixed the problems I was having...But if the mobo had gone kaput, then I would of been funked...

Had hard drives, CPUs and RAM fail and they always replace it really really fast. The hard drives they didnt even test they just handed over a new one

I swear by scans service, especially with hexus free delivery
