Because my son will understand if I tell him that "The car doesn't work", but a mechanic will expect something a bit more specific.

Also, I notice that you have provided no feedback on our suggestions. Did you try it?

      Re: Domain Forwarding

      I cant ping it either.

It has a whois record: http://www.networksolutions.com/whoi...ocg-gaming.net

      Domain servers in listed order:
      NS.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
      NS2.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
But neiter of their DNS server respond to a NSlookup ( http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php )on your domain.

DNS server handling your query: NS2.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
      DNS server's address: 66.117.7.112#53

      Non-authoritative answer:
      *** Can't find www.ocg-gaming.net: No answer
DNS server handling your query: NS.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
      DNS server's address: 216.193.219.167#53

      Non-authoritative answer:
      *** Can't find www.ocg-gaming.net: No answer
Compare this with a succesful lookup on their own webserver:
DNS server handling your query: NS.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
      DNS server's address: 216.193.219.167#53

      www.INMOTIONHOSTING.COM canonical name = INMOTIONHOSTING.COM.
      Name: INMOTIONHOSTING.COM
      Address: 216.193.251.47
So as far as I can see the WhoIs record has been updated to show that your domain is handled by inmotionhostings dnsservers. But is inmotion hosting your domain?

Because this is where you are starting to confuse me. After rereading your first post it seems to me like godady is hosting your domain, while inmotionhosting is hosting your webspace. If that is true then you shouldnt be using the inmotionhosting DNS servers, but those belonging to your domainhost, godaddy

I once had seperate domain and webhosting too, and I never modified the Whoi DNS records, that was handled by my domain host. The only thing I needed to configure was the web alias/forward so they pointed to my web host.

        Re: Domain Forwarding

I bought the domain from Godaddy and Inmotion is hosting them.

The other URL is www.ocg-gaming.com and that one is working fine. For some reason www.ocg-gaming.net is not working so well.

Thats strange, they look identical to me. Doesn't their tech support have anything to say?

            Re: Domain Forwarding

Maybe just do a forward through Godaddy's control panel to the working domain.
