So which is the better one..I would say Fire fox, but from my most recent thread, I'm having issues with it and I"m getting tired of Ctrl+Alt+deling every 10 minutes because a page wont load.
So what browser should I use? Should I just stick with internet explorer?
im not too happy with chromes user policy and i couldnt ever give up all the plug ins for firefox so i would do everything i could to get it to work if i had too.
Edit - aparently chrome have fixed the problems with their policies thanks alex
Chrome is somewhat faster than Firefox, but I personally like the plugins for Firefox and how it's set up. IE is just Microsoft's sad impersonation of Firefox. Never used Opera.
Firefox is awesome, fast and lots of great plugins and addons
Opera is not bad at all, but not really better than FF
Chrome is good if you just use your browser for a few things like checking your mail
IE is just plain horrible
It doesn't matter. Use what you like best, not what some guy on the internet tells you to use.
If you like Internet Explorer, go ahead and use it. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 aren't really any less secure than other browsers (This is not true of IE6 or lower), and it's also not noticeably slower, which are the two biggest 'reasons' people tell you not to use it.

I think you have those signs backwards.
I've only ever used IE long ago when I was a kid, then went to FF for as long as I can remember, and I've only tried Chrome a few times. Every time I install Chrome, there's something about it that makes me uninstall it and go back to Firefox.
It's odd you are having this problem constantly.. Have you tried uninstalling FF and re-installing it?
Also have you downloaded any plug-ins for it? If so I'd advise you uninstall all of them and if that fixes it reinstall the plug-ins one at a time to isolate the one which is causing the problems.
Firefox really is the best internet browser.. I'd try and get it working.
However as a believer in googlism I refuse to use IE as it goes against my religion
Google's size has the potential to be a far larger problem for consumers and end-users than Microsoft's size(So far, neither is an issue), so I don't see why that would make sense.
The Church of Google's holy Trinity is what my comment was about
What is the Google Trinity?
The Google Trinity consists of the Internet, Google Search Engine and the Web Browser (Such as Firefox, Chrome & Safari but NEVER Internet Explorer) Alone they are nothing, but combined they form a powerful entity.
Yes, I re-installed FF, as well as removed the plug-ins I had. I wonder if having 3-4 youtube video's up for hours at a time could be the problem. I'm working on a game and using walkthroughs from youtube, so the videos are up for 8-10 hrs a day.
