Put the pc on the floor or a free space so you can hoover the dust that comes out, leave it where it is and it will just get sucked in again at some point
Hell, if it's nice out I take mine outside to do it. If it's pretty dirty in there (I have 2 cats and two small children; dirt factories the whole lot) I take everything apart and clean each piece individually. I generally do that about once every six months and a basic spray-out every month or so.
