Um the only way to sell my mobo is through CEX and these douches never give a good price.

I agree with Biscuit on the I5 as i am not looking on spending a bundle of cash as well as i am going to need to buy Windows 7 OS. Okay then i will probably stay with my setup for now till the coming of 2010 for whole makeover to my rig except for GFX.

I decided to change Mobo, Procs, RAM, and OS.

Even at stock speeds, a good motherboard will produce slightly better results than a cheap one. Although it's probably not visible to the eye, i've seen tests that prove this is the case (Custom PC magazine do these tests).

You need to realize that benchmarks aren't always a good indicator of real-world performance. The results aren't going to show up anywhere but on paper, and it'd be making a mountain out of an ant-hill to say that the motherboard can have an impact on performance. Theoretically it can, but the difference is so small it's not even worth any real effort. You're much better off buying a board based on which buses/expansions it has and how long it's warranty.

In other words, realistically there's no difference at stock speeds, like I said here.

I don't think there would be any difference in performance when overclocking. It's more to do with how far you can push the overclock, so the performance gain would be entirely indirect, not direct.
