call scan customer service and talk to them about it they might do an RMA which means you would get a replacement card.

will do but i think they just changed their policy to 7 days return, after that you gotta go to manufature.. i got no problems doing that.. ill do that tomorrow....

now my pc just doesn't like me for spending money on it and BSOD's when i start up and just as i lose my XP CD :> /wrists ftw?

guess ill just buy vista and be uber broke for another month >_<

unless theres a place where i can get a legit XP Pro CD? i still have the Legit CD Key

As long as you have a legit cd-key, where you get the data doesn't matter

Formatted PC so it was totally clear of Nvidia Display Drivers, but i still get pixelated blocks ingame (Not alot in CoD4, but alot in F.E.A.R 2 & Lost Planed EC)

so ill phone/go to scan on monday, hopefully get a replacement / let them test it :)

Thanks again for your help and advice :salute:

Those blocks usually appear due to a corrupt memory module on the card itself, or a memory module overheating due to bad contact with the heatsink on the card itself. Once it starts doing it, it will not stop and you will either have to RMA the card, or live with it. One of my 8800GT's had the same issue, I tried every fix in the book, when I RMA'd the card, the problem went away with the replacement.

It stands for Return Materials Authorization (or Return Merchandise Authorization). It is the business term used for when you send something in for replacement.

Glad to hear it is all working for you.
