    HD4850 Code 37

I attempted an overclock today, which failed, and having reset everything to default and booted back into Windows, I get an error message saying "No ATI Graphics driver installed". Going into device manager then shows:
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.
I've reinstalled the drivers and tried a previous release, and manually pointed the device manager to the ATI directory, but it still isn't working. Any idea what's happened?

I'm on Vista HP 64 bit.

The OC was on the CPU, and the PCI-E bus didn't change.

To make matters worse, the system restore point all seem to have disappeared.
