The only fault is that it may be tooo simple...? idk im posting this in IE atm bc my google chrome has failed and for some reason i can acces the front page of TGN but nothing that does with the forum...this started ever since the update happened...got any ideas besides www.getfirefox.com ? namakan already tried that one on me

Seriously you can't go wrong with Firefox... just download one of the IE themes if you prefer the IE look... or try out Safari... Google Chrome is good but it lacks a few things, it's only a beta so it's acceptable... Firefox has been around for years and has everything anyone could need and more...

That's one security flaw. Internet Explorer 7 isn't anywhere near as insecure as all the prior versions were, and it also is separate from the Windows Shell. I'd say Internet Explorer 7 users, provided they don't install Active X controls they shouldn't, aren't any more at risk than Firefox users.Originally posted by [BFE]IC|*=DaN=* View Post...and don't forget all the security holes...

The only reason I use Firefox is because I have to; It's the most enjoyable browser I can find with the plugin's I use. (Stylish is one of the primary ones, though I do use Greasemonkey.) Opera has built in alternatives to those, but I prefer Firefox since I can use themes to make it resemble Internet Explorer.

I like Chrome. I can't wait for it to be finished, but they did technically pull it out of beta. Once they release the plugin sdk, it will ROCK. For now, it is just good.

I always thought Chrome was way to simple. There were so little to do in the options menu. Is it still like that now?
I use firefox for two plugins...Adblock Plus and Foxmarks.

When i used chrome sometimes it wouldn't display pages correctly and stuff like that, like paragraphs would be over lapping like they were transparent pictures. I know for a fact that it happened everytime i went to www.rapidshare.com
