Well it happened a couple more times, and I tapped the hd and it stopped making the sound :/ Its been fine the last 3 or so days, no noise, so It appears to have fixed itself

I have about 30gb free on my most full hd.

I suspect it was just vibrating in the bracket, mine do that sometimes. If it persists, get some rubber grommets.
