flash bios?

ok im getting fed up with this crap.

how do i flash my mobo bios? im gonna update it and then format it in hope that this random shutdown on high loads and reset of bios settings is put to an end.

The bios update from the manufacturer should do it for you, well hopefully, if you have to do it manually it might not be very fun :).
