    New Headset?

    Anyone have any suggestions?

I would like something that's not USB, with full-ear headphones, and between the price range of $100 to around $50. It doesn't hurt to look purty either.

I've been looking around ever since my old headphones, Audio FX Pro 5+1s, broke. I haven't had much luck...

I bought a set of Speedlink Medusa 5.1's for £60 once and i hated them. I spent £30 on some Sennheiser PC151's and love them to bits.

I got a Logitech headset a few days ago, I'm really liking them. They're comfortable and sound pretty good with my X-Fi. The pads go all the way around my ears, so they don't pinch or make me sweat like a lot of headsets have in the past. The mic seems to be pretty good according to my friend I game with. He says he can hear me a lot better than with my old headset.

I have the exact same. Most people that try them seem to think it's uncomfortable but I love them. I can keep them on for rather while without having to ventilate my ears haha.

The bass is lacking somewhat but it's not a music headset so I'm not complaining :)

                Hi there

I have this one except mine is black and red, the sound is clear and the bass is not too bad depending on how you have your sound setup. I have an Evga Nforce 680i mobo which has the intergraded Realtek HD Audio and I have no complaints with this headset. I like how they cup my ears muffling the sounds around me so I can concentrate on the game I am playing or project I may be working on.
I see it has dropped in price, I bought mine about four months ago for $60

These are it. No need to look any further or spend any more time. I have the 161 and they are great. Ive had five pairs of headphones before these from low end to higher.

They cost me a little more, but they sound very good and are built very well.

I was going to get these but there is a lot of reports of the hinges braking.

Erp, totally forgot I made this.

Anyway I went with these... Turtle Beach Ear Force HPA2

Sound quality is great, full ear, very comfortable, lots of bass (I like bass), and probably the only reason I got them was because the price (originally 80 bucks on newegg) was dropped to 30 dollars before Black Friday. Bargain... and I love them.

My friend has a pair of Sennheisers and I've worn them playing CS at a LAN, another very good company... quality was superb.
