How long did the build take after you got all the stuff together?

Well, it's doing it's first leak tests now and i'll do one overnight. Actually putting the stuff together took about 2 hours. I had my mate Rob (Bisley) who had done it before, so he helped guide me as to the most efficient way of going about things.

The only trouble we had was that tubes were tight because i was using 7/18" pipe on 1/2" barbs. So, i had to boil the kettle and heat up the ends in order to fit them on.

Apart from that, no issues, it'll be interesting finally getting it in the case and running 24/7.

Damn, appears the screw wasn't tight enough so when i inverted the rad to get rid of the bubbles, it started to leak.

Tightened and we're back under way. Going to do another few hours leak testing, then probably do the main build :)
