Are you using the same HDD from your old pc and forgot to format or something ?

it sounds as if the boot loader is already there from previous installs and screwing you over

that's the worst thing in tech, isn't? get everything set up, processor all pastied in, the hsf slapped on (esp some of the more exotic ones) the little wires tied in to the FP just right, the mobo bolted in...

...and find out they sent you a dud. darn them. darn them all to heck.

ok i figiured out thats its the mother board slots that are broken, so i will return the motherboard for a new one

Not really. Most PC6400 RAM needs 1.8v if not less to run at it's stated timings.

Non overclocking ram maybe but my OCZ platinum stuff and my old housemates XMS2 wouldnt work without 1.9.

I Had some geil stuff a while ago that was problematic till i gave it 2.1!

its running at 1.8 and when i pop in the other ram it freezes as on the install.
should i touch voltage?

i set the timings at 5-5-5-15(OCN tip)and that fixed it, im now installing drivers :awes

When you get a chance post the actual BSOD Error messages, it will help in the troubleshooting process.
