Kicked and then Banned?

Hello my in game name is Silver_Needle.

I was playing the BF2 online on the Team America site, nice site and well run until I was kicked then banned for excessive team killing?

Here is what happened: I was sniping three enemy in the back 40 no taeam mates near me and mean there were not even close for a grenade toss. I set up my position and was killed by two of the three that made it to me. I threw three grnades over a ridge line where again there were no team mates near me. Blue dots are hard to mistake for red ones, and no I am not colour blind.

FF was off, I was killed then kicked then banned for killing the enemy? Does this sound fair to you?

Please unban me as I did nothing wrong and could not have killed any team mate for two reasons the FF was off and there were no team mates near me.

If there is relavence to this incident I have been playing and read messages on my screen that I was killed by so and so but I was not dead. Is this a hacker glitch?

Would like to hear back from you guys as I ried to find a Team Speak Admin but apparently you guys don't use it unless playing 21 ST Warfare.
