fraps speed/sound unmatching

when i record things with Fraps, the video, when i watch it, is a lot faster than it actually is. also, the sound never matches up - its always like 20 seconds slower than the video. another thing, it only records my voice, not the people on say, TS also, nor game sounds. any ideas?


My current Fraps video setup:

-Record sound
--Detect Best Sound Input
--Sound Device: Realtek HD Audio Input
--Sound Input: Default
-Video
--Full Size
--30fps
-No cursor (checked)
-No sync (checked)

well I know for recording all sounds including TS/Vent you have to change recording to "what you hear".

for the other problem, maybe its the playback codec not working right. can you record some with the error and then playback on another computer?

hmmm ok ill have to mess around with some settings... and no i havent tried to play it back on another computer, might try that though. thanks for the help :salute:
