Won't run spore...

I just bought Spore today and installed it.. When I go to run the game I get this Error message..



I have the newest drivers for my GPU running and I have also gone into the Nvidia control panel and set it to "single GPU" mode and it still won't run >_<

Nvm, Seems updating my drivers to Beta 177 fixed the problem..

you know, thats usually the first thing. Updating the drivers that is. I used to do it with my old ATi cards when their drivers are obsolete or just old and in need of an update.

glad you got it fixed. fyi, you should pretty much plan on having to download the newest drivers to run most brand-spanking new games if you're using a gx2. good thing nVidia is usually pretty good about that...

same goes for ati's x2's, although they've done a little bit better at fooling the OS into thinking it's a single gpu.

Yeah, I didn't expect having to download the Beta drivers though... I always wait for them to be WHQL tested.. But meh it worked so I'm happy :)
