    Vista 64 bit Window issue

    Ok guys after 4 hours of being pissed off I've given up trying. Basically when I click maximize in 3d applications it doesn't take over the full screen it leaves the top bar with the x and such and the taskbar in the foreground. I'm lost and at my wits end. Someone save me...


    I know that's the installer but thats what it does for any full screen app.

          Well its fixed itself as of now.... I love computers.
