I got IP Flooded O_o?
I was playing too human on my sexbox last night, i have a motorola SB5101 Modem and saw the receive button start to flash, no other lights where on (Send, Online) and my internet was turned off. Though, the PC/Activity button was flashing. I power cycled the modem, did everything even power cycle my router, unhooked everything, nothing. When I woke up this morning every light was on and my internetz was working again. 4 Weeks ago I was kicked offline by a guy in Halo 3 but power cycled my modem/router and it worked. Do you guys think I got DNS Attacked, or a ISP Problem? (I.E They're stuff crashed.) So basicly, I saw the receive button flash, 10 secs later it says i got disconnected from XBL, and then my internetz stopped working.

Maybe worth contacting your ISP and ask them to look into it, it maybe that they just had some problems at the exchange or something but its definitely worth asking them. -

I guess it's possible it might have been some kind of DDoS attack. Not sure, though.Comment
