    I has Question

    Hi all

Just wanted to know if my current PSU (430watt Antec) would be enough to run 2 7800gtx's in SLi?, as I was given anther 7800gtx for free and yes it runs fine. If it wont run them both suggest some psu's that will be sufficient.

    Min 400 watts to run a 7800gtx

    <----Current specs

    Thanks In advance

    No.

    Easy that :)

If you want to purchase a new PSU, look at either the Corsair HX520W or HX620W.

Those two or maybe even the VX550 which is also good

BTW why are you moving to two 7800gtx's thats probably only going to deliver similar performace to an 8800gt 512mb or so, the cost of buying the GTX and the new power supply why not go for something like the ATI 4850 which will be faster than two GTX's and will consume less power and generate less heat
